Grandmother’s House . . . located in the Historic Town of Woody Point – a Town full of Magical Experiences. Way back in a day of 1910, this stately, two storey Heritage House was built. It's architecture is somewhat different than many of the old houses that you might find situated along the coastline of many of our coastal communities. The architecture reflects the turn of the century lifestyle for a well-to-do merchant in the early 1900s. This house illustrates distinctive examples of "vernacular" architecture that is often a reflection of functional and structural needs rather than stylistic aims.
